BIOGRAPHY
Jenny M. Flanigan is an Of-Counsel Attorney with the Winters Law Group. Prior to joining the Winters Law Group, Jenny worked as a consultant with Smith Oropeza, LLC, in Key West, FL, and performed work as a contract attorney for various law firms.

Jenny earned her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law, earning the distinction of ‘Order of the Coif.’  Her Article discussing the constitutional rights of criminal defendants and sexual assault victims was chosen for publication in  Issue 112, Volume 2 of the West Virginia Law Review, of which she served as a Senior Editor.  She is a member of the West Virginia Bar.

Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable David A. Faber, District Judge for the Southern District of West Virginia, then went on to complete a two-year clerkship for the Honorable Danny C. Reeves, District Judge for the Eastern District of Kentucky.

A certified yoga teacher, Jenny also loves practicing and teaching yoga as often as time allows.  A strong believer in service to others, she has contributed thousands of hours to Habitat for Humanity and other service-based organizations.  She is a former member of the Junior League in Lexington, Kentucky, and served as the Logistics Chair of the American Cancer Society’s annual fundraising Gala in the Florida Keys.
